Falling Down in Cucumber Falls

Description
Cucumber Falls in the Laurel Highlands of southwest Pennsylvania is one of my favorite places. Normally packed with people during the summer, things slow down significantly as the days get shorter and cooler. I was lucky to have this place all to myself during this fall afternoon, after visiting Fallingwater and the town of Ohiopyle. This shot sent me down the long exposure rabbit hole, slowing down the waterfall cascading over rocky cliffs and the water flowing over large boulders with colorful autumn foliage in the background.
