From Ice & Ash

Description
The morning sun casts its rays upon a new forest sprouting up amongst the charred remains of trees consumed by the 2018 Howe Ridge Fire above Lake McDonald in Glacier national park. The view across the landscape to the lake and rocky mountains beyond are a reminder that something beautiful can come from tragedy. And, someday, this view will once again be obscured by new trees that are rising from the ashes.
